What type of fabric do I need to buy if I want fabric like the PCU L5 jacket is made of, but in multicam?

Not sure... The old Duro site had a great overview, but it's gone.

I'll give you this; It's not the Delta fabric. While it's a softshell, had a mesh knit backing. It's a 2-way stretch (horizontal). It's nothing like the PCU fabric.

Maybe ask the guys at 1947 LLC? They should probably be able to help you.

Sounds good. I'll shoot them an e-mail. One of the local tailors can make a copy of anything and I want to get a lightweight PCU copy made up. I'll let you guys know what I find out.

the old PCU L5 was made out of a fabric called Epic IIRC.

^Yep, Nextec EPIC, they now have Peak which is used in PCU Level 7 in multicam. No idea where to source it though.

Nowadays there other alternatives to Nextec, this might be a good place to start looking: http://multicampattern.com/multicam_raw_materials/
