I recently had a police officer ask me to make him a holster for his backup pistol, to be worn under his shirt, attached to his vest. Based on his requests and input, the pistol dimensions pulled from the manufacturer's website, and a picture of a similar product used by another police officer, I made this for him. Its main body is 16oz. hypalon, providing an excellent grip on the pistol, while minimizing weight and bulkiness. It has hook velcro on the backside to hold it to the vest and loop to allow for attachment of the vest's elastic straps or a morale patch, if desired. The inside of the holster is reinforced with scuba webbing to provide some extra wear resistance. Also, the ridge of the holster can be tightened to provide extra security by tightening the shock cord laced along the back of the holster. I tried it out with the only pistol I own (not real steal) and my Vel-Tye Hugger (real), and it worked very well. Let me know what you think.

I'd like to see how it prints under a shirt.

Stitching and product look good though. Nice work.
