FNG observation on that Highground admin pouch: There are no supports to keep the front flap level. That might not be that big a deal since the zips on the sides would help hold it, but that particular pouch is also intended to carry two 30rd magazines, which are f'n heavy when full of ammunition. I didn't see any provision to use paracord to hold up the flap so the chart sleeve stays readable, and holding it up with your hand while you're trying to maneuver seems...exhausting.
I think a lot of what you get depends on what you really intend to use it for. Because of my particular work, I do carry a lot of tools, gadgets, cables and other paraphernalia around, so I'm investigating the T&T pouch by Condor (yeah, yeah, so sue me; I can't find the original maker and anyway Condor stuff costs me less to ship to South Asia). The T&T has lots more slots, pockets, and keepers, plus it comes with a large chart holder and it has a paracord system for keeping the pouch held level.
