Hi Folks,
i started quite recently Aikido and Iaido(Japanese Martial Arts) and attended an international seminar last week. Problem is, that if i send the weaponsbag on it's own it costs me 70-80 bucks. So just 3-4 stages give me the money to buy a bag for everything. Knows anyone a really big ass gear bag which is roughly 130 cm's long?( The length is needed due the Jo) doesnt has to be really tactical but would be cool if it would.
Any help is really appreciated
Thomas

Word of caution with the LBT wheel bag. Depending on the company you'll be flying with, it may be considered as an oversized luggage, meaning additional fees. Be also aware that it is pretty heavy empty, meaning that it gets easily overweighted as well...

Would a hockey bag not work better?

The airlines i flew with are okay if you get 1xoversized luggage instead of the normal siized luggage aslong as it is in the norm with the regulations and wont be heavier as the typical luggage(usualy either 21 or 23 kg) but thanks. Reminds me to keep checking with the international and different european airlines aswell.

Not it doesn't have to be rigid. actually i don't care if the wooden weapons are bit roughed up and my iaito/katana will be protected by a tube.
