I just bought a hydration carrier without a bladder, which I think is a blessing in disguise. The last time I bought a kit the bladder punctured through the carrier.(Hence the new purchase) Any recommendations on a high volume bladder that?

What size/shape?

That said, I prefer Source bladders.

Gonna echo what Essal said.
Used to be a big Camelbak fan, but the simplicity and great variation in sizes of the Source bladders have converted me.

A 2-3L Source bladder will easily fit in that carrier.

Awesome. I think I will go with their WXP 3L. I am leaning towards the Storm Vavle, but the Helix is an option too.

+1 for Source. I've got a civilian and 2 mil ones and they're the best. The inline microfilter is pretty cool too.

Source all the way... I went to the trouble of transitioning all of my hydration systems to source. best move i made water wise! The accessories are great too. I carry an inline filter in my survival kit for day to day use the molle mount mouthpiece mount is good and the bottle/tap filler!
