While I was watching bagpack items with beavertails like the Yote or the First Spear ECP pack, and I was wondering if their were any modular beavertails that could work for other modular packs.

I found Kifuru has something similar but it seems its only for Kifuru packs.

Platatac make one, but it's not listed on their website. The service I've experienced from them has always been exceptional, so I'm sure if you dropped them an email they'd be more than willing to help you out.

A number of Tyr Packs also come with the beavertail:

I wasn't asking about a beavertail pack.

I was asking about a modular beavertail component by itself, that could modularly be attatched to other packs.

I know you weren't.

Platatac make a modular beavertail that can attach to other packs (though it is designed to attach to their Echo pack). It's not listed on their website, so you'd have to drop them an email.

I was pretty sure Tyr also make one, but it turns out to be a zip-on panel for their PICO carriers.

I have a prototype from eagle which is based on the helmet storage part of the yote but can molle onto any pack it also has zips to go onto NATO/Uk bergens and packs or witha molle on zip kit they developed...really neat gear! developed for UK aviators I believe as it is the the FR CCA (multicam) material. they also did other zip on panels. worth emailing todd Mcdunn@eagle if it was of interest.

Photo as promised.
not great but hope it helps...

the pack is an eagle Becker MOLLE pack

the prototypes are the zip on Hemet carrier based on the Yote, The twin zip kit either side and the single zips near the pack front. It use 20mm male fastex T bars at the top passed through PALS. the Helmet carrier back also has MOLLE for if the zip kit is not used. Not pictured there are also zip on vertical MOLLE panels and horizontal vest mountable with handwarmer panels!

The zips are compatible with UK/NATO side pouches. shown fitted to either side are the UK ECM MTP pouches made by KARRIMOR PRI.

hope it helps!
