What would be the recommended content of a BOK/IFAK kit and where can one most easily obtain it.

I'm looking at Endoms Blow Out Kit, though ofcourse - it's not in stock yet...
They seem to export it and it contains all the Quick Clots and other
stuff you need to fix your bullet holes...

looks like a sweet kit. Although one could pretty easy source the content from another source and put it in an EAGLE or Paraclete SOF pouch.

But dont buy something you cant use/operate, if you havent got good medic skills dont overload yourself with flashy shit.

I am ashamed to say that from my Level 3 medic course from the army i cant remember all, and some of the routines have changed. i can still stich u up and put iv's in ya but i need a big follow up corse (witch i cant), what i am trying to say here is just buy a standard IFAK maby get one of those masks (for attaching "blowbags" and a feew gauses extra you dont need anything else.

Puritabs and lip balm etc. is pretty common to carry in your IFAK aswell so throw in some stuff like that if you don't carry it somewhere else.

I carry the medical stuff I know how to use (I only have a very basic first aid course through the Red Cross and The National Sea Rescue Society) in my IFAK and my posing kit (I'm team medic when it comes to airsoft) in my backpack. Of course I wouldn't use the stuff from my posing kit since I'm not trained to do so, for me that's just props like my inert grenades or my replica helmet.

I still lack alot of stuff for my SARC-impression, LBT-backpack and more muslin bandages are inbound but then I still need to fix some stuff, I plan to get it ready for Mercs 3 next year.

But here's a little sneak preview on some of the stuff.
