I'm still working on my US Navy Corpsman impression. The main item will be the Eagle A-III Medical backpack (was going for the TAG but the Eagle looked cooler) and obviously this will be stuffed with medical equipment. My first goal is to equip it with the basics, like the Swedish Sjukv?rdsv?ska 9 and then gradually replace the products with the real All American deal when I get a chance to.

Anyway, this is my latest addition for the pack

1000mg IV-bag Ringer-acetat (contains water now)
500mg IV-bag Macrodex (contains water now)
Infusion sets complete with spikes, air vents /chambers and roller clamps
PVC tubing
IV cannula (venflon)
Plus alcoholic swabs and Veca-C IV Dressings

any progress in you work? I'm working on a SEAL FT medic impression right now. Going with a LBT-1562B pack. Scouting all the NARP products right now. And a evening course in first aid and trauma to back it up.

All the input in med content would be gladly welcomed.

Nothing to add in the stuff department since I'm in a hurry, but I just wanted to point out that you are in no way allowed to use anything more interesting than a band-aid or an aspirin until you complete at least training as a nurse. I'm sure you know it, but it's always worth noting.

Everything that goes into a vein is a huge no-no for everyone without a medical license, more or less.

that would be a CPR course, if I'm not misstaken. Inserting needles in to people without knowledge and practice is completly retarded and therefore not needed.

Further discussions on the subject will result in a warning.

On the other hand, repeated usage would pretty much teach you the do's and dont's of needles and veins :P However, the people you meet in your line of work have one foot in the grave and they dont even operate in a warzone. :P

Back on topic people :D
