I would strongly recommend AGAINST a leg rig, as leg mounted items has a tendency to interfere with movement over a wide spectrum of situations.
I take it this is a squad/team pouch, meant to be used by you on a team-mate when his IFAK supplies have been used, and not as an addition to your own IFAK?
Is so, I would recommend a bag like one of these:
TT First Responder Bag:http://www.optactical.com/tatafirebag.html
NARP High Risk Warrant Casualty Kit:http://narescue.com/portal.aspx?CN=91B9 ... D65919088F
Tac Med Solutions Patrol Aid Bag:https://www.tacmedsolutions.com/store/P ... ductID=211
Tac Med Solutions Raid Bag:https://www.tacmedsolutions.com/store/P ... oductID=68
A few follow up questions, is this pouch intended for 1 or 2 patients? If it is laid out for 1 pt, the above should suffice. For 2 pt's, you need something bigger.
