The G3 pant is not approved NSW pattern. The AOR1 is only being made by Crye in the Gen 2 pattern shirt and pants.

Beyond makes a Combat shirt in a similar pattern as Crye's Gen 2, really JSOC Pattern, in AOR1 and Multicam, but the pants are without the Spandex & the pads for the knees and elbows are covered as with the BDU patterns.

There are some new pattern Combat shirts were the body of the shirt is a specially treated Hot Weather Spandex type material which is more comfortable in the wet environment and very hot environs. It is being made up on T&E contracts in AOR1 and AOR2, but I am not aware of who is building them. One of the improvements is supposed to be that it remain fireproof and resist snags and unreveling, but also be more self wicking and anti-microbial.

There are more new things coming out for NSW, SWCC and Expeditionary Warfare personnel, depending on budgets.......civilians will not see them until the next SEAL reunion demos, or maybe on WestCoast TV news broadcasts.

Out here.

I've google'd but not had any luck else where, so figured it'd be pertinent to ask here:

Has anyone got pics/seen what the their Ranger Green PC's actually look like? Or which existing RG kit it looks akin too? The website's images seem to either appear dark, almost green to pale, grey-like. Thanks for anyone's help, failing this I'll just go full multicam...

Thought this would be a bit interesting for some to hear, I had someone show these to me, and I have no images but I ran across a pair of AOR1 Crye ACs with AOR1 stretch panels, they didn't have some of the features of the G3s, like the adjustable waist, but I thought the patterned stretch panels were interesting.

I'll see what I can do to get some images.

Looks like all of our stuff is going to be obsolete soon...
http://soldiersystems.net/2012/01/17/cr ... r-the-win/

Airlite carrier looks cool, although it's definitely not an all-purpose rig. I hope this kills that weird S&S frame thing. I'm also intrigued by the JPC shoulder straps that they managed to color in Multicam.

This Adaptive Vest System has me interested, too. Looks like they made a CPC that can be turned into a JPC and anything in between. I'm sure it'll have a price tag to match, though.
