I can't find information about this mount, does anyone know what it is? (photo was taken 2004/2005).

A pure guess on my part but Larue likes to favour the top side to side screw clamping method for there optics, so maybe it's an older Larue model.

Yes it looks somewhat like Larue mounts... but still not 100% sure can't find any of their old mounts anywhere to compare it to.

It's just an old aim point low mount. Def not Larue
