If you go under "decoration" and pick the paint I just like blacking out faces with that.

A quick question: If the person in the photo has his face covered excluding their eyes, is it good to go? I ask because I saw a picture of some US SOF operators with oxygen masks on and (I think) Simpen said it was good to go. What about if the person is either wearing dark glasses or the eyes are pre-persec'd? Thanks.

Identification of the face is the important part. If you're missing enough details from the face that a reasonable effort to identify the face won't identify the person, you're good to go. That's my last BDE's SOP (I was a CO PAO, and had to deal with this a lot). One of the admins will give you their guidance - this is just a general guideline.

What PKM said. The purpose is to render the face unidentifiable and you will have to use your best judgment here and when in doubt black it all out.

FYI,

This Fuction does not work anymore.
If you can find your way to the "edit" page( Same as befor), now press "advaced" in bottom left corner to get the propper tools to distort.
