Looks like something from Beyond Tactical. Probably part of the PCU-CS system. Could be wrong though.

Noh i dont think Beyond has the two stripes of velcro, i might be rwrong but the beyond i have seen does not have that kind if velcro, they have more like the orc pcu.
What kinda NVG mount is that on the 11th pic?

Fred... as far as I can see the guys are using wilcow mounts. If you are wondering about the helmet straps i believe it would be a solid guess to say it's an wilcox strap as well.

I think fred was referring to the mount used in the 11th picture featuring RIVRON that was later removed. I have no clue on that mount. The wilcox mount however is the L2 G05 Three Hole NVG Mounting System.
