The boots are probably some model of Asolo, they seem to be pretty popular.

The shirts are padded on the shoulders with Airmesh. I have a set of the uniform inbound so I'll post pictures when it arrives.

The mounts are as ugly as hell but the PVS-21 are sexual.

That's the first place we looked for it, but it's either that we are not looking hard enough or it's a special tailored item not available to the public.

I'd bet NZSAS due to the use of the Platatac combat suit in the first photo. You can see the Platatac arm pockets with green velcro and the non-crye combat knee pads.
