He's wearing Swedish desert camo (M90/K), and the flag is a black/yellow Swedish IR flag with reddish light being reflected off it.
No idea about the patch.

Somebody know what kind of vest the SSG are using now together with their RG combat set or M90 combat shirt? Has read somewhere they're using Blackhawk PC and MARCIRAS (the forum is in Swedish and Google translate always make the article "lost in translations")

They are called SOG (Särskilda Operationsgruppen) and they are using M90 combat shirt to Crye multicam/OD combats shirt and pants. Yes blackhawk PCs and MARCIRAS are in use, LBT PCs and various stuff from Tyr tactical BPC have also been seen. They pretty much get what they ask for i guess.
