Ughhh itar..... So many companies are just making it a generic statement/stamp for all their shit. And itar is clear in some areas but then not so much in others, especially firearm parts. Some companies are using it as a way to not deal with intl. and some are using it as a way to boost distributor sales intl. so to sale my company to a certain distributor I can say well if you're in Spain and you sell my product you'll be the sole guy cause I told the u.s. Guys they can't sell to Spain customers. So the Spain distributor now has that corner of the market base. And they use the ruse of itar. Now most of the time it will apply to some of the company's products and obviously not others but they use it as a catch all.

@ joe_momma: Thank you for the info and the reply. But, can you tell if the speciffic item I am looking for is actyally ITAR regulated?

And since there's a "noisy" absence of he Benelli M4 Super 90. I'll post some pics of mine when I go to the range...

from what my local Surefire dealer told me yesterday, the only light setups from surefire that are actually itar are the newer models with built in IR, or the kits that come with IR. but he also said for most of his high end companies he deals with he signs an agreement saying he won't ship itar, as well as won't ship Anything overseas (ref above for intl dealer sake)

I traded some stuff for a Dominion Arms Grizzly 10" with an ATI stock and Mesa Tac shell rack. I'm picking up a wood grip set this weekend and she'll be my trunk gun.

Project complete. Remington furniture and ATI folding stock. Only thing not pictured is the sling that I put on yesterday.

Picked up a Remington 870P as my first gun after getting my license a little while ago. Looking forward to being able to take it out for the first time in the near future. :D

Very nice, I'm looking for an 18" barrel for mine while I'm in Edmonton.
