Yes it is time for this Review (guys at Tacticalstore, sorry for dragging my ass on this)
Yes just before i went over ze pond i stumbled upon these boots, well i saw them buy accident, and they look HOT so i thought i need these, if i had a G friend she would say hell no but i don't so i needed them, well back to the point and story here, i picked up one of these guys catalog at the gun range i use here in Oslo and looked at it and they have tons of 5.11 (witch we all love) o thought i check them out, at this time i did not see that they had a shop here in Oslo i only saw the Swedish address, but after looking i saw that they were just down the road from my house :D (15min walk)

i strolled down there and nagged at the guys there if they had those boots, but they did not, cos i wanted these before i went to California and they had a week or so to get them witch they could not promise me either way.
but the guys pulled strings and rushed the boot people and a day or so before i was leaving they called me and said that there is a pair of awesome boots waiting for yah.
The guys went above and beyond to bring me them (no LEO/Mil/SEC) so i had no priority to get these this fast. great service great shop cant be happier.

So the boot, it looks like a hybrid between Lowas "plastic mouintain boot" and the Seeker they are short 6" i think but i love it they have great ankle support witch i need cos they are messed up.
very comfy on the foot but no (wizbangninja OMG Detla11!!!!11! Oakley boot) if you need a boot buy a boot don't buy a sneaker all dressed up as a boot.
i tried it hiking in the dessert/mountains in Cali and they were great.

Pros+
Fit my foot well (not to narrow)
Great ankle support.
Great design and it works.
having them on for long periods works fine.

Cons-
Shitty laces. OMG this happens to almost every boot i have part from my Danners.
The eyelet thingies rust :? (inside) and these have seen no water.
The plastic support thing needs to be fasten to the boot it self to work better i think.
the heel cap was not "snug" enough for my foot.

All in all this is a great boot.
The price is 2495 Nkr so they are not cheap but hey it is quality not a sneaker.

Me shooting. boot test.

I will update this topic after more testing and after the weekend i will add tons of photos of them and how they look.

And last but not lest a thank to the guys at http://www.tacticalstore.no/

Good stuff bro, think you could hook us up with some pictures of you boots once they have been through some testing? Would be fun to see how good they take the punishment and if the anklesupport system works even after massive abuse.

Cool, looking forward to it.

Only issue i have with the black version is that they haven't used Vibram soles when making them, and I really cant see why not. So if u could compare the soles grip and such that would be awsome.

Cheers!

Here they are with it's brothers :P The lowas in the middle flanked by Lasportiva Nepal and Altama dessert boots "oldschool"

On my feet, i still love these boots, they are great.. really comfy.

Gone through my second pair of laces on them now witch is a bit sad not that i cant afford laces but they should last longer, if you have a look at the altamas i bought them the winter before Berget4 ant the laces is still going strong and those boots have been raped..

Thought the rusting on the eyes on the boot was going to get worse but nothing has happened and that is sweet. These are still being "tested" so i will add more stuff as i come across bits and pieces that need hearing.
