I've got a M3 with a 6 pin lemo plug I've been trying to get working with a Puxing radio to no avail. I can receive audio, but sending fails. I understand there might be an issue with bias voltage, but I'm not really sure how to remedy that. I'm hoping someone could offer some advice, or even a photo of how they have a working set hooked up to a non-mil radio.

Pretty sure you need a modded PTT (amplified) due to the impedance difference between the mil M3 and the civilian Puxing.

Inviso M3 does not require amplification, as it has an electret mic.

Your wiring must be wrong mate :|
