I got a wiring diagram from AR15.COM, however i do not have the same color wires. Im short the grey one it seems.
I have the following wires having removed the LEMO plug: Black, White, Yellow, Green, Red, Orange, Blue and Purple.
Based on the AR15 article/how to this is the way to go, however I have no grey so any thoughts?
I have neckband Sordins

White going to terminal 1
Black to Terminal 3
Yellow and Green to Terminal 2
4???

Or is there another combination?

I have tested with an un amplified PTT and I am getting a signal on one channel. So Im not to far of completion. Just want to get it right.

With this link http://www.ugw.name/?page_id=390 and an ohm-meter, you should be able to find out whatever the color you have

Try to determine every couples of wires with the multimeter.
You will have 2 couples with similar resistance, those are the right and left earphone. The last couple will be the mic.

On a TP120 plug, 1 and 3 are mic and 2 and 4 are speaker. You will have to solder the wires accordingly (you will loose the left/right dissociation in the process due to the TP120 being a 4 channel connector).
You will have to determine the polarity of each pair. There is no other way than testing. If it works fine, then you are good. If the signal is weak or non-existant, then you will have to reverse the wires of the specific pair you are testing.
