G'day guys, I just recently came into owning a combat shirt made by crye precision, and is labeled "g3 combat shirt AUS DEV g2" and tried searching up some info about it with no avail, and was wondering if someone could aged some light on it, and a rough appraisal? It's brand new taken out of plastic.

Do you have pictures?

AFAIK there was short run made by Crye and the rest of Australian Combat Uniforms were made in Australia.

sorry for the quality, taken from an iphone as the camera was charging, but I have taken a photo of the tag located in the sleeve pocket and also the shirt as a whole.

I do believe since it is a service item with the AUS MOD arrow on it. Most likely SASR or commandos, before trickling down to the unwashed mass ( line troops) LOL

Looks like it could have been a transitional shirt, between the original Crye shirts that were issued and the current AMP combat shirt. The velcro on the sleeve pockets is more like the AMP shirt, not like the original G3 shirt which had velcro strips running vertically down the sleeve pocket.

Cheers for the info guys! Seems infinitely more comfortable than my crye G3 combat shirt, sleeve material just feels less stuff and abrasive .
